Fun with Photoshop

So I'm currently revising for various medical exams, but in a sudden creative burst I've been playing in Photoshop. I tweaked an old image, found some nice stock images, and so came up with a draft idea for my other novel, The Zodiac Hunters.

I think I overdid the lighting effects but hey, all good learning experience :P
